Mawana brown sugar is an unrefined sugar with the presence of some molasses which is much coarser as compared to white sugar. It gives the better taste in desserts as well as it has a stronger flavour. Many recipes for cookies, cakes, muffins, and other baked goodies call for either light or brown sugar.
